Malema appeared in a packed court room on Wednesday where his legal representatives presented heads of argument ahead of sentencing.

While his legal representative Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi requested Olivier to deliver sentencing on Wednesday afternoon, the magistrate said she was not ready to proceed with sentencing.

“The actual sentence must still be determined. I have heard a whole lot of new information that I have to structure.”
