JOHANNESBURG - Sentencing proceedings for former apartheid officer Johan Marais continue at the High Court in Pretoria.
Marais pleaded guilty to the 1987 murder of Cosas leader Caiphus Nyoka.
He was shot dead by members of a police unit set up to target so-called terrorists.
His case was among those that the TRC referred to the NPA.
Marais' co-accused Leon Louis van den Berg, Abram Hercules Engelbrecht and Pieter Stander, also charged with Nyoka's murder, have pleaded not guilty.
