PRETORIA - Businessman and taxi boss Joe “Ferrari” Sibanyoni is expected to return to the Madlanga Commission on Monday.
During his first appearance before the commission, Sibanyoni was questioned about the taxi industry and alleged links to the so-called Big Five cartel.
Sibanyoni and three co-accused face charges of extortion and money laundering in connection with allegations of a protection racket in Mpumalanga.
He and his co-accused are currently out on bail.
