JOHANNESBURG - Former Police Minister Bheki Cele returns to face more grilling at the TRC cases inquiry.
Cele first appeared before the inquiry last month.
He denied political interference in the failure to prosecute apartheid crimes.

He told the inquiry there was little he could have done about apartheid-era crimes during his tenure as national police commissioner.
Cele also defended his refusal to provide taxpayer-funded legal aid to perpetrators.
