PRETORIA - The Madlanga Commission is expected to hear the highly anticipated testimony of alleged underworld figure Vusumuzi "Cat" Matlala on Wednesday.
Matlala is linked to the controversial irregular R228 million South African Police Service health and wellness tender awarded to his company, Medicare24.

The businessman's alleged relationship with other senior police officers have also been brought up at the Madlanga Commission.
