JOHANNESBURG - The Inter-Ministerial Committee on Migration is providing an update on the country’s repatriation and deportation efforts.
The committee was established by President Cyril Ramaphosa to strengthen coordination on migration-related matters and oversee interventions announced in his State of the Nation Address.
More than 77,000 undocumented foreign nationals have been repatriated since the beginning of the year, according to government figures.
