PRETORIA - Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) deputy director of Public Prosecutions Advocate Peter Serunye is testifying before the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday.
The focus remains on the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption.
State Advocate Drushantha Ramsamy, who testified last week is also expected to return before the Commission on Tuesday.
Ramsamy has accused former IDAC head Andrea Johnson of misleading the inquiry during her testimony.

It also heard a voice recording of Johnson telling Ramsamy not to appear before the Commission.
Meanwhile, Johnson may have to return to the hot seat to respond to allegations against her.
