CAPE TOWN - Former Independent Police Investigative Directorate Head Robert McBride will testify before the SAPS Ad Hoc Committee on Tuesday.
Former Acting National Commissioner Khomotso Phahlane implicated McBride when he appeared last week.
The Committee is in its second phase of investigating political interference and corruption within the criminal justice system.

Members of Parliament met on Monday to finalise the witness list.
They have decided to subpoena forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan to appear in person.
He's one of the witnesses who were schedule to appear this week but has since raised security concerns.
