PRETORIA - Accused 1 in the Senzo Meyiwa murder trial will face tough questions when cross-examination begins at the High Court in Pretoria.
Muzi Sibiya was the first witness to take the stand as the defence finally opened its case.
He’s denied any wrongdoing since the first day he got on the witness stand.
Sibiya insists that the police tortured him into making a confession.
He says he was not in Gauteng or anywhere near the crime scene on the day of the murder, despite his bank records suggesting otherwise.
