PRETORIA - Suspended Deputy National Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya resumes his testimony at the Madlanga Commission on Monday.
Last week Sibiya insisted that the PKTT was ineffective and should have been dissolved.

But he failed to follow instructions from National Commissioner Fannie Masemola,
on the implementation of the disbandment plan.
His appearance at the inquiry is expected to conclude on Wednesday.
