MOMBELA—Judgement has been reserved until Tuesday in the case between the daughter of the late former Deputy President David Mabuza and his widow, Tamara Silinda.
She wants a portion of the R44-million pension payout for her living and education expenses.
She's challenging the legality of the marriage certificate produced by Mabuza’s wife, Nonhlahla Patience Mnisi.
eNCA senior reporter Aviwe Mtila spoke with Advocate Dr July Sibuyi, Silinda's lawyer, about the case.
