JOHANNESBURG - The Madlanga Commission is expected to hear from Crime Intelligence boss Dumisani Khumalo on Monday.
It follows KwaZulu-Natal police boss Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi’s accusations that former Police Minister Bheki Cele tried to force Khumalo to leave the service.

Mkhwanazi also told the commission that attempts to disband the KZN Political Killings Task Team were a smokescreen and the real target was the Gauteng Counter-Intelligence Unit that Khumalo headed.
Forensic investigator and crime analyst Chad Thomas said the testimony is going to be very interesting.
"We're going to hear the background in his role," Thomas said.
