PRETORIA - Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala's lawyers will be at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday.
The alleged crime boss was subpoenaed to appear, but his testimony has been postponed.
Evidence leaders requested the postponement, citing risks due to high media and public interest.

The commission's legal team and Matlala's lawyers will discuss a date for his appearance.
Matlala is currently busy with discussions with the NPA on a plea deal.
He has agreed to turn state witness in a corruption trial involving Police Commissioner Fannie Masemola.
Matlala is considering whether he'll accept a lesser sentence of 12 years in return for his testimony.
