JOHANNESBURG - As Julius Malema prepares for his sentencing at the East London Region Court, he has secured a legal victory in the Gauteng High Court.
The EFF leader has won a defamation case against social media commentator Musa Khawula.
The court found that Khawula made false and defamatory claims about Malema's marriage, including allegations of divorce and infidelity.

Khawula has been ordered to delete the posts, issue a public apology within 24 hours, and is barred from repeating the claims.
He has also been instructed to pay legal costs in what the EFF has described as a victory against misinformation.
