JOHANNESBURG - Former minister Malusi Gigaba and his co-accused in the Transnet corruption case will return to court on Thursday.
Gigaba is accused of getting kickbacks from locomotive deals at the state entity.
This allegedly happened during his tenure as public enterprises minister.

The matter was moved from a magistrate’s court to the South Gauteng High Court.
