PRETORIA - Former Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula is seeking a discharge in her corruption and money-laundering case.
The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria will on Monday hear arguments on her Section 174 application.
It seeks to have the case against her dismissed before she presents her defence.

Mapisa-Nqakula is facing 12 counts of corruption and one count of money laundering.
She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
It is alleged she solicited bribes from a logistics contractor and received over R2-million in cash.
The State has called businesswoman Nombasa Ntsondwa-Ndhlovu, her husband and a financial expert.
