DIEPKLOOF - A blame game played out at the memorial for slain Gauteng taxi boss, Thamsanqa Moya.
The Gauteng chairperson of the National Taxi Alliance died in a hail of bullets along the Soweto Highway last week.
The industry says government is culpable for his death because of its poor prosecution record.
