JOHANNESBURG - KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi finds himself on the wrong side of a police station.
MP and National Coloured Congress leader Fadiel Adams is laying a criminal complaint against him.
It relates to Mkhwanazi’s statement that former police minister Bheki Cele received money from Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala.
The KZN police boss withdrew the statement and apologised to the former minister.
But, it's important to note that Mkhwanazi made allegations about Adams related to interference in the police.
The MP has denied these allegations.
