New video evidence expected in AKA and Tibz murder trial

DURBAN - The State is expected to present new video evidence on Thursday in the murder trial of South African rapper Kiernan “AKA” Forbes and his friend, Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane.

The defence received the three-hour-long footage on Wednesday, ahead of its expected presentation in court on Thursday. However, it remains unclear what the footage contains.

Earlier in the trial, the State presented CCTV footage showing a man believed to be one of the accused allegedly following Forbes and his entourage at King Shaka International Airport.
