PRETORIA - A new witness is expected to take the stand at the Madlanga Commission.
It comes after three days of testimony from alleged crime boss Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala.
But he spent most of that time refusing to answer questions, using his right not to incriminate himself.
Continuous pressure from commissioners did, however, lead to some admissions.
These included his relationships with prominent businesspeople, taxi bosses and, crucially, top cops.
Matlala told the inquiry how former KZN Hawks Head Leseja Senona lent him R20,000 after his home was raided.
He will return to the inquiry at a date yet to be determined.
