Rise Mzansi's Makashule Gana elected impeachment committee chairperson
CAPE TOWN - The Section 89 Impeachment Committee will meet on Wednesday to consider its draft terms of reference.
The committee has been established to determine whether President Cyril Ramaphosa has a case to answer over the theft foreign currency at his Phala Phala farm.
Members are also expected to consider the proposed candidates for appointment as evidence leader.

Meanwhile, the Western Cape High Court is expected to rule this week on Ramaphosa's urgent application to halt the committee's work.
The president has taken the Independent panel report into the Phala Phala matter, on review.
