CAPE TOWN - Forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan has made it clear that he will not be testifying before Parliament’s Ad Hoc Committee in person.
In a letter to the Committee on Thursday, O’Sullivan said he’ll testify at a South African Embassy rather.
The committee resolved to formally subpoena O'Sullivan to compel his physical appearance.
