CAPE TOWN - A Bloubergstrand couple is expected to appear in court.
They are accused of sexually abusing and exploiting their own daughters, aged three and eight.
They face charges including rape, grooming, and producing child abuse material.
They were arrested in a joint operation between police, Social Development, the FBI and Homeland Security.
The children have been relocated to a place of safety.
