JOHANNESBURG - Parliament has launched a full inquiry into the Road Accident Fund following governance and financial management concerns.
The Board of Healthcare Funders says state institutions must be held liable and respect court rulings.
Road accident victims are entitled to receive payouts from the RAF in South Africa.

The Fund has been accused of holding up payments.
"I think it's important that public officials are held accountable," said Dr Katlego Mothudi, MD of the Board of Healthcare Funders.
"And it is good that SCOPA and the select committee for transport have started looking at the RAF."
