Paul O’Sullivan implicates Feroz Khan in underworld allegations

PRETORIA - Forensic investigator Paul O’Sullivan says he received a tip-off about alleged illegal activities involving suspended Crime Intelligence deputy head Feroz Khan.

O'Sullivan, who concluded his testimony at the Madlanga Commission on Monday, said the claims included involvement in facilitating drug trafficking and money laundering.

The controversial forensic investigator presented a five-point list of allegations detailing Khan's purported involvement in drug trafficking, illicit chop shops, money laundering, and the systematic protection of career criminals.

While O'Sullivan strictly caveated his testimony by stating these points remain unproven allegations, he outlined how Khan allegedly worked to facilitate drug operations alongside Nafiz Modak, a notorious Western Cape underworld figure who is currently in prison.

Just hours before O'Sullivan's testimony, Khan was critically wounded in a shooting in Houghton, which police said they are treating as a targeted attempted assassination.
