WESTBURY - Westbury residents agree that conditions in the community make it difficult to raise children.
On Tuesday, two teenagers were shot and killed by other boys of school-going age.
Five other teens were injured.

While the attack was a shock to most, it was one more violent act in a neighbourhood where the age of perpetrators is becoming younger.
A psychologist says children raised in difficult environments need consistency from adults around them.
