Ramaphosa's lawyers suggest word changes from Expropriation Act

CAPE TOWN - President Cyril Ramaphosa’s lawyers have argued that the court can remove problematic wording from the Expropriation Act.

They said this will bring it in line with the Constitution.

The DA and other opposing groups are challenging the Expropriation Act, saying it is unconstitutional.

The matter is being heard at the Western Cape High Court.
