JOHANNESBURG - President Cyril Ramaphosa has responded to the Expropriation Act, which is being challenged in the High Court.
He says the DA's view on parts of the Act has always been different.

The President says the DA has every right to challenge the matter.
"They did express their disagreement with us. at a very early stage, and they have problems with certain aspects of that Act, and it's their democratic right to go to court, to go and have the provisions of the Act tested.
"They've gone to the best court we have, the Constitutional Court, and the Constitutional Court will rule on that, and thereafter we will abide by the ruling, and they too must abide by the ruling that the Court will give," Ramaphosa said.
