PRETORIA - Shadrack Sibiya's disciplinary hearing has been halted due to his urgent court application.
Sibiya is accused of having links to the criminal underworld.

The disgraced Deputy National Police Commissioner for Crime Detection is facing misconduct and corruption allegations linked to the Madlanga Commission testimony.
Sibiya is currently behind bars, facing six charges including rape, sexual grooming of a minor, human trafficking, and the negligent handling of a firearm.
