JOHANNESBURG - Suliman Carrim is facing more legal trouble.
He is already facing charges under the Commissions Act for repeatedly failing to appear before the commission and possibly attempting to flee the country.

He now faces additional charges linked to vehicle smuggling.
Carrim is expected back in court on Thursday, where prosecutors will add him as an accused in two cases opened in July involving the attempted theft of vehicles.
