JOHANNESBURG - Prominent Mpumalanga taxi boss Joe ‘Ferrari’ Sibanyoni has been arrested.
He is linked to alleged underworld figures including Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala.
Impeccable sources say Sibanyoni was taken in by the Special Task Force in Pretoria early hours of the morning on Tuesday.
eNCA understands the 60-year-old businessman is currently being kept at a Middelburg police station.

The arrest is reportedly linked to an extortion-related charges.
Sibanyoni has emerged as a recurring figure in testimony before the Madlanga Commission, where evidence has traversed alleged police information leaks, underworld rivalries and a past attempt on his life.
