JOHANNESBURG - Ekurhuleni taxi commuters are in for more transport headaches as a strike is set to continue.
Santaco, however, says taxi operations in other parts of the country will continue.
Thousands were left stranded on Thursday after the council hit the brakes on services.

It came after taxis were impounded for being unroadworthy or not having permits.
But, drivers accuse government of targeting them, saying it's failing to issue permits on time.
Taxi bosses are now calling on national government to step in.
