CAPE TOWN - Cape Town taxi commuters are looking for alternative transport for the second day as 10 routes remain closed.
The provincial government is implementing the closures in an effort to curb taxi violence.
Cata and Codeta are fighting over routes in Mfuleni, Khayelitsha and Somerset West.
They failed to reach a deal, leading to extraordinary measures being implemented.
