JOHANNESBURG - The case against alleged political fixer Brown Mogotsi has been postponed for him to present new facts for his bail application to be heard again.
Mogotsi appeared in the Johannesburg Magistrate's Court on Friday where the matter was to postponed to 22 June.
He remains behind bars after bail was denied earlier this month. The court found he did not provide proof of a permanent residential address.
Mogotsi faces multiple charges and is accused of faking a hit on himself. The court will hear about the status of his appeal bid and discuss the case's timeline.
