PRETORIA - The Gauteng High Court in Pretoria has denied disgraced cop Fannie Nkosi's bail appeal.
Nkosi asked the court to overturn the Pretoria North Magistrate Court's decision to deny him bail.
He argued the lower court did not weigh alternative bail conditions. However, on Wednesday, the High Court found that the magistrate's court did not err in it's decision to deny Nkosi bail.

Nkosi said this infringed on his constitutional right to be presumed innocent.
He faces multiple charges, including theft, defeating the ends of justice, unlawful possession of ammunition, and possession of explosives.
