JOHANNESBURG - North West businessman Suleiman Carrim will testify before the Madlanga Commission.
The court has dismissed his bid to block the subpoena.
Carrim approached the court to block his subpoena to appear the Commission.
He argued the subpoena is unconstitutional.

Carrim has been linked to alleged Big 5 cartel member Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala.
He’s also accused of sharing sensitive police information and receiving kickbacks.
His testimony at the Commission is scheduled for Friday.
