JOHANNESBURG - Thembisa is calm after residents shut down the township over electricity complaints.
They are giving officials a few days to restore the electricity supply.
Community leaders said that if it's not restored by the end of the week, there might be repercussions going into next week.

Their three main complaints in a long list of concerns are the termination letters issued to those owing the municipality and disconnections for poor households.
Residents accused the metro of imposing harsh measures.
