JOHANNESBURG - Confessed arsonist Sithembiso Mdlalose is back in the Palm Ridge magistrate’s court.
Mdlalose confessed to setting the Usindiso building on fire in August 2023.
The fire killed 76 people.

His appearance comes just days after the final report into the blaze was made public.
Mdlalose will take the stand.
