KUGOMPO CITY - Questions remain around the death of a three-year-old boy whose body was discovered near a dam in KuGompo City in the Eastern Cape.
Ntsikhayethu Blukwe had been missing for several days before search teams found his body on Tuesday.
Police are still waiting for post-mortem results to determine how the toddler died.
While the cause of death is still unknown, residents say they remain deeply concerned about what may have happened to the child.

Sinovuyo Blukwe believes her husband, who has accused her of cheating, may be hiding the truth.
Police reportedly questioned the father while the child was still missing, but later released him.
The child’s father’s whereabouts are unknown, and eNCA has been unable to reach him.
