PIETERMARITZBURG - The trial of five men accused of killing former Bafana Bafana captain Senzo Meyiwa has been adjourned until next year.

In recent weeks, the court's been holding a trial-within-a-trial, to determine the admissibility of confessions made by two of the accused.

The Meyiwa family says the justice system continues to let them down. The soccer player was killed more than nine years ago.
