Bleak winter ahead for South Africa
JOHANNESBURG - There won't be any immediate reprieve from the ongoing power cuts.
Energy experts have warned that it will be a bleak winter as Eskom struggles to keep the lights on.
The country is currently experiencing Stages 4, 5, and 6 of power cuts, with no electricity for up to 10 hours a day.
Meanwhile, ANC Secretary General, Fikile Mbalula says power cuts will be over by the end of this year.
Speaking to JJ Tabane on Power to Truth, Mbalula says government is on top of the power crisis.
