Buthelezi doing well, says IFP president

DURBAN - Inkatha Freedom Party president Velenkosini Hlabisa says AmaZulu Prime Minister, Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi, is doing well in hospital.

The IFP founder was admitted last week to recover from chronic back pain.

While in the hospital, he developed another issue.

"He is doing very well and we thank God," Hlabisa said.

A discharge date will depend on Buthelezi's recovery.
