JOHANNESBURG - SANDF officials are expected to appear in the High Court in Gqeberha on Tuesday to explain why the SANDF is refusing to fund the legal costs of former General Joffel van der Westhuizen in the Cradock 4 inquest.
One of those implicated in the killings is Van der Westhuizen, who allegedly ordered their permanent removal.

In 1999, six police officers appeared at the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, and none of them were granted amnesty.
They have all since died.
There have been two previous inquests, and no individuals were named, and no prosecutions followed.
The SANDF has refused to pay his legal costs.
