This Wednesday Finance minister Enoch Godongwana is set to deliver his budget speech.
Stanlib Chief Economist Kevin Lings says there will be substantial changes including no VAT or any tax increases.
Additionally he also hopes that all key partners within the GNU are on board and that the budget presented on Wednesday will be final.
