JOHANNESBURG - The Joshlin Smith kidnapping and human trafficking trial painted a grim picture of the harsh reality children in the country face.
Despite the verdict, the nation may never know what happened to Joshlin and many others like her who vanish without a trace.

Head of advocacy at Women and Men Against Child Abuse Luke Lamprecht argues that the most distressing part about this case is that there were other parties involved in the dissaperance of Smith but have seemingly gotten away with it.
He says this can not be the end and that those foud guilty must tell the truth as they have nothing to lose.
