CAPE TOWN - As search efforts continue for those who are missing following the recent floods in the Eastern Cape, a high-level delegation from different government departments visited affected areas on Sunday.
Thousands of families have been displaced and 95 people, including children, have died.

As government begins talking relocation and rebuilding, many survivors say what they need is real action not just promises.
