JOHANNESBURG - Stuart James Scharnick's name popped up at the Madlanga Commission on Tuesday.
Crime Intelligence boss, Dumisani Khumalo, told the commission that Scharnick is General Shadrack Sibiya’s personal protector.
Khumalo says that despite being a bodyguard to a top SAPS official, Scharnick is not employed by the SAPS.

However, Scharnick denies being Sibiya's bodyguard and says he is an acquaintance.
