JOHANNESBURG - The family of Mpho Mkhumbeni, who died at the Mangaung Correctional Centre, is calling for more arrests to be made in connection with his death.
They believe only junior officials have been arrested so far, while those further up the chain of command should also be held accountable.

Several investigations are underway including a probe by the Judicial Inspectorate for Correctional Services.
Four G4s employees will be applying for bail on Friday.
