SALDANHA BAY - Friday is judgment day for Kelly Smith, Jacquen Appollis and Steveno Van Rhyn.
They’ve been on trial since the third of March, facing charges of the kidnapping and human trafficking of little Joshlin Smith, who was reported missing on the 19th of February last year.
She has still not been found.

Judge Nathan Erasmus is set to deliver his verdict on Friday at 10am.
While the local community is allowed to attend the court sitting on Friday, he says the decorum of the court must be upheld.
