CAPE TOWN - Parliament's Section 89 Impeachment Committee chairperson, has studied the Western Cape High Court's full judgment.
The Court granted President Cyril Ramaphosa's urgent application to interdict public hearings by the Committee looking into the Phala Phala farm scandal.
Makashule Gana, said he has consulted with the legal team and that the preparatory work of the committee will continue.

He said the next meeting will be held on 29 July
"On Wednesday, the committee will proceed with finalising its terms of reference and its recommendation for appointing an evidence leader," he said.
On Friday, the Court granted President Cyril Ramaphosa's urgent application to interdict public hearings by the Committee looking into the Phala Phala farm scandal.
Judge Andre Le Grange said, pending a determination of Ramaphosa's review, the Speaker of Parliament, Thoko Dididiza and Gana are interdicted from proceeding with public hearings.
